Düsseldorf is known as an important business and cultural location. Research and science also play an important role in this city. This is exactly what the Night of Science proved - for the third time in 2019. The Night of Science 2019 was a great success.
The "Science Night" was held for the first time in September 2013 in Düsseldorf. The second edition of the event followed in 2015, initiated by the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences (HSD). Both events were very successful and attracted many visitors. The initiator and organizer of the Science Night 2019 was the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. It took place with the participation of the following universities, organizations and institutions:
